ELKS LODGE BINGO. Tuesday bingo will resume at the Elks Lodge on Tuesday, March 2. COVID-19 regulations allow only 25 participants at this time. Reservations must be made between 12:00 noon and 7:00 pm on Sunday and Monday by calling Jodie Casey at 970-275-0013. Masks and 6 ft distancing are required. Participants will be screened as they enter the lodge.

WEST ELK LACROSSE - you can now register for West Elk Youth Lacrosse. Age groups U10, U12, U14. Go to the Gunnison Recreation Site to register. West Elk Lacrosse will be offering Free Clinics March 3/8 through 3/12.

 

West Elk Lacrosse Season 3/15/21 through 5/30/21. Because of a US Lacrosse Grant received earlier this year, Gunnison Rec has some equipment for those who need gear (helmets, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, lacrosse sticks). Come out and play the fastest growing sport in the USA! Cost of registration includes US Lacrosse Membership.

THE GUNNISON PIONEER MUSEUM, WITH SUPPORT FROM THE CITY OF GUNNISON, IS HOSTING THE MARVELOUS MINI MUSEUM MASTERPIECES PROJECT with historic scene building beginning this week!

 

Youth and adults alike are encouraged to recreate local historic scenes that are being posted on the Pioneer Museum Facebook page. Scenes include Baldwin engine 268 the La Veta Hotel, Hartman Castle, and others. Entries may be judged for prize consideration.
